Que Pasa
Que-Pasa
Que Pasa — Spanish for "what's happening with you?" — is a bar serving Spanish and Mediterranean tapas alongside Spanish beer. Yaniv, recently back from travelling in Spain, decided to bring all the Spain he had experienced — the alleys, the people drinking beer at midday, the tastes and the smells — to the Jerusalem market, because there is something alive, authentic, beating and happy about it. Chef Avi is behind the dishes: shaved artichoke with truffle mushrooms, boned sardines stuffed with Saint-Maure cheese and fried in sage butter on a rich tomato salad, fried mullet rings with roasted peppers and more. There are beers too: Especial and San Miguel. The place is kosher. The bar is open 13:00–02:00; after Shabbat, half an hour after it ends.
