Welcome to LiveJLM (the "Site"), operated by OMG (the "Operator"). By browsing or using the Site you agree to these terms in full. This is a courtesy English summary — the binding version is the Hebrew Terms of Use.

What LiveJLM is — and is not

LiveJLM is a listings board. We collect and display information about what is happening in Jerusalem. We do not organise, produce, sell tickets, take payment, or act as a party to any transaction.

Every event, show, tour and activity listed here is run by a third party — an organiser, producer, venue or business — that is independent of the Operator and does not act on its behalf.
Your agreement is with the seller alone. Buying a ticket, registering, paying, gaining admission, cancelling and obtaining a refund are all handled by whoever sold you the ticket — the organiser, the venue, or a ticket reseller — and are that party's responsibility, not the Operator's.
An event may be cancelled, postponed, moved, repriced or sold out — sometimes without our knowing, and sometimes faster than we can update. The Operator is not responsible for this, offers no compensation and issues no refunds.
Listing an event, place or business here is not a recommendation, an endorsement, a quality check or a guarantee of any kind.

Content and accuracy

The Site lists events, shows, restaurants, attractions and activities in Jerusalem. Some content is collected from external sources and processed with the help of AI systems, and is reviewed — but errors, changes and inaccuracies are possible. You are solely responsible for verifying details — dates, times, locations, prices, kashrut and admission terms — directly with the organizer or venue before attending. The Site is provided AS IS, and the Operator accepts no liability for damages arising from reliance on its content.

User-submitted content

When you submit an event or business for listing you confirm the information is accurate, that you are entitled to publish it, and you grant the Operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish, edit, translate and display it on the Site and its distribution channels. The Operator may decline, edit or remove any submission at its sole discretion.

"Lavi" AI chat

The Site offers an AI-powered assistant ("Lavi"). Its answers are generated automatically, may contain mistakes or outdated information, and are not a substitute for checking with the event organizer. Conversations are processed by a third-party AI provider, as described in the Privacy Policy.

External links and affiliate disclosure

The Site links to external websites — organizers, ticketing, and restaurant reservation services (e.g. Ontopo, Tabit). The Operator is not a party to those transactions. Disclosure: some links are affiliate links — tours and tickets via GetYourGuide, and ticket links pointing to Bravo box office (livejlm.kartisim.co.il). If you purchase through them the Operator may earn a commission from the seller. The commission is paid out of the seller's margin and is not charged to you separately; we cannot, however, guarantee that a given seller's price matches other sellers or the venue box office, and we suggest comparing before you buy. The binding price is the one shown on the seller's checkout page, including any handling or service fees they charge. An affiliate link is not an endorsement of the third party's service.

Tickets sold through a reseller: some ticket links point to a ticket reseller rather than to the venue box office or the organiser. In that case the contract is with the reseller, and the purchase, cancellation and refund terms — including cancellation fees, deadlines and refund method — are theirs, as set out in their own terms and subject to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981. Requests concerning cancellation or refund must be addressed to the seller the ticket was bought from. The Operator is not a party to the transaction, does not hold the funds, and cannot cancel, change or refund it.

Widget, availability and changes

The embeddable events widget is offered free of charge, AS IS, and may change or be discontinued at any time. Automated scraping of Site content requires prior written consent. The Operator may update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance. Questions — via the contact page.
