What we collect

• Information you provide — e.g. name and email in contact forms, event/business details you submit for listing.
• Chat conversations — messages sent to the "Lavi" assistant are stored to provide and improve the service; contact details you share in chat for a follow-up are kept by us.
• Automatic data — IP address, browser type, cookies and aggregated usage statistics via Google Analytics 4. Local browser storage keeps preferences such as your favorites list.

AI processing and where data is stored

Chat conversations and submitted event texts are processed by a third-party AI provider (Anthropic). Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information in chat. Site data is hosted outside Israel — the database on Supabase servers in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany) and the site on Vercel infrastructure.

Outbound clicks and affiliate links

When you click a link that leaves the Site — to buy tickets, to a venue's own website, to navigate, or an affiliate link — we record that the click happened and where it went, for statistics only. That record carries no name, email address or identifying detail and is not linked to you. Once you reach the external site, its privacy policy applies rather than ours — including anything you enter there.

Telegram and WhatsApp channels

The Site runs a Telegram bot and broadcast channels. If you message us on Telegram, your chat ID and the messages you send are stored so we can reply and handle the request. Joining a channel happens through Telegram or WhatsApp under their own terms, and you can leave at any time. We do not pass these lists to third parties.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. It is shared only with service providers needed to operate the Site (hosting, analytics), when required by law, or for legal defense in a dispute.
