Checked out at noon with a flight at midnight? Arrived on the airport train with a day to spend before your hotel lets you in? Where to leave the bags depends on one thing: where you are standing.
Central bus station: lockers in three places

City centre and near the Old City: bag drops in shops
No lockers here — shops and cafés hold the bags. Book online, get the address, show the booking at the counter.
3 points: Zion Square and two around Herod's Gate. Most open 10:00–19:00.

Is there luggage storage at Jerusalem central bus station?
Yes — three Lockit locker points inside the station. Floor −1, next to the car park (escalators down by Aroma): ₪10–20 per two hours depending on size, any payment method, up to a week. Floor 1, right of the entrance opposite the phone accessories shop: ₪30 per day. Floor 1, opposite the supermarket: ₪20–30 per day depending on size. Both floor-1 points take ₪10 coins only.
Are there lockers at Jerusalem's Yitzhak Navon train station?
Yes. Yitzhak Navon station, where the train from Ben Gurion Airport arrives, has Lockit lockers. It sits across the road from the central bus station. Lockit's number is 072-3712244.
Where can I leave my luggage near the Old City?
The closest options are bag drops in local shops that you book online: around Herod's Gate (Radical Storage and Bounce) and at Zion Square (both). Book ahead, get the address, and show the booking at the counter. Expect ₪20–22.50 per bag per day.
How much does luggage storage cost in Jerusalem?
