Father Ovadia and his brother founded the bakery in 1967. At first the work was mostly eshtanur flatbread and pitta, and over time they added natural products, baguettes, speciality breads, Jerusalem and Middle Eastern bagels and more. The bakery is behind the stall, so the fresh goods come out with the heat. His sons later joined, mainly after the army, to expand it and to help their father and uncle.
