Uzi Eli's stall is one of the best-known in Mahane Yehuda Market. Uzi compounds and sells juices you would struggle to find anywhere else: etrog juice, sugarcane juice, quince juice and herb juice, each with a note on its medicinal properties. He also makes and sells his own cosmetics based on the etrog and other plants.
