Nuna Mufleta

A mufleta bar in the market, named after the founder's grandmother — chef Itzik Levy. The mufleta here is not a dessert but the base for a full dish. The signature dish, "We've reached Mahane Yehuda", is mozzarella, Bulgarian cheese, coriander pesto, roasted peppers, onion, sun-dried tomatoes, cherry tomato jam, lettuce and honey. Hours: Sun–Wed 10:00–23:00 · Thu 10:00–00:30 · Fri from 09:00 until an hour before Shabbat comes in · after Shabbat from an hour after nightfall until 00:30.
