Thirty years ago Yossi was on his big post-army trip when the family called to say his father wanted to travel to the United States and needed him to take over, after which he could go back to travelling. He came, took over, and has been in the market ever since. Yitzhak — Tzachko — opened the shop 50 years ago; today Yossi runs it with a loyal team. A wide range of nuts, organic dried fruit, spices, special blends, house granola, Belgian chocolates and baked goods, olive oil, honey, imported dried yeast and unusual extracts.
