Two friends from the commune in Castel — which has been going for eight years, "no communism, just good friends, family" — decided to open a food bar in the market, because the market is a wonderful place. They try to be different in everything: there are parties, and in the evening they spread out into the market with good music, food (fresh Moroccan sardines cured on the spot, served on olive oil bruschetta with buffalo mozzarella, tomato and coriander) and drink (Kasteel Rouge cherry beer, natural apple slush with cinnamon and arak). The whole commune, and everyone who is a friend of it, works here too.
