Sela is a kosher food bar at 17 Shamai Street in central Jerusalem, from chef Gal Yaakobi — a dairy kitchen of fish and vegetables, alongside cocktails and wine. The menu includes fattoush salad (₪56), Caesar with za'atar gremolata (₪58), tartare (₪54), sashimi (₪74), white asparagus on white-corn cream (₪66), cheese tortellini in lemon butter and za'atar (₪72) and a fish cigar. The design is modern and precise, the room small and intimate. Open Monday to Wednesday 18:00–24:00, Thursday until 01:30, and Saturday night 21:00–01:00; closed Sunday and Friday. Monday to Thursday, 18:00–19:30, there is 10% off. Opened February 2026.
