Golden Burger is a kosher burger restaurant at 12 Hillel Street in the city centre, supervised by the Jerusalem Rabbinate and serving chalak Beit Yosef meat. The patty is entrecôte ground fresh every day, served with the house aioli. A Golden Burger or a classic burger costs ₪60, and a meal with fries and a drink ₪80. There is also crispy chicken (₪55), wings, an entrecôte salad, a plant-based Redefine Meat burger (₪65), fries (₪22), and family platters for three (₪230) and for four (₪300). Open on weekdays from midday until after midnight, on Friday until the afternoon, and on Saturday night it reopens after Shabbat until 01:00. The Hillel Street branch opened in 2021; the chain also has branches at 34 Jaffa Road and in Mevaseret Zion, and delivers across the city.
