The new premises have roasted coffee from Brazil, Mocha and Italy, organic products, tea infusions, a whole Far Eastern section, baklava and — most importantly — the special spices of the Maimon family, who brought their spices from Tunisia in 1922. This is in fact the only factory shop in Jerusalem. As the owner sees it, the market needs a range of spices and products at good prices.
