A.R. Fish is a mehadrin-kosher fishmonger on HaTapuach Street in the Machane Yehuda market, with fresh and frozen fish and home delivery. There are sea fish and farmed fish of every kind — salmon, grey mullet and tilapia (St. Peter's fish), for example — as well as ground fish. Rafi, who runs the shop, has built up regular customers over the years, and the shop also supplies restaurants, hotels and institutions. It is under the supervision of the Jerusalem Rabbinate. Closed on Sunday. Monday and Tuesday 08:00–18:00, Wednesday and Thursday 08:00–20:00, and Friday from morning until the afternoon. If you're buying fish for Shabbat, come on Thursday or Friday morning — by the afternoon the market is already emptying out.
