Patatas serves baked stuffed potatoes at 16 HaTapuach Street in Machane Yehuda Market, under Badatz Beit Yosef kashrut, and stays open late into the night. Each potato is baked and split open into a hot dish with cheeses, sauces and toppings — for example with spicy shakshuka or the house cream sauce — and there is also a vegan cheese option and a potato-and-sweet-potato mix. Alongside them are bagel toasts, pastas and sides. This is the Jerusalem branch of a chain that also has branches in Holon and Petah Tikva. Open Sunday to Wednesday 11:00–02:00, Thursday until 03:00, Friday from 10:00 until an hour before Shabbat, and on Saturday night from half an hour after Shabbat ends until 02:00. Delivery and pickup are available.
