The market is a central place for a lot of people, so Itamar decided it was the best place to set up an Ethiopian ethnic centre. The shop sells products for the Ethiopian community and unusual spices such as korerima, seeds added to food. There are hair extensions, films, Ethiopian beer — Meta and Bedele, brought from Ethiopia — cosmetics, handmade Ethiopian dress, books, and Ethiopian coffee beans before roasting. If you want to brew beer yourself, all the ingredients are here. On Fridays you can find injera, the Ethiopian flatbread, made from teff, an Ethiopian grain.
