Ma'adaniyat Hai Boneh is on the main street of Mahane Yehuda Market, on the corner of HaTapuach. One of the oldest shops in the Jerusalem market landscape, it began in 1923 as a butcher's shop opened by the grandfather of David Boneh, today's owner.
