Ethiopia is a spice and Ethiopian-goods shop at 9 HaAfarsek Street in the Machane Yehuda market, stocking products for the Ethiopian community. It sells spices and pulses for Ethiopian cooking, alongside traditional clothing, music, films and hair extensions. In the next alley, on HaEshkol Street, there are more Ethiopian shops — together they make a small Ethiopian corner of the market. Open Sunday to Thursday 09:00–19:00 and Friday 09:00–15:00; closed on Shabbat. HaAfarsek is one of the small alleys that cross the market, and it meets the covered Etz Chaim Street.
