Shabtai Butcher is a family butcher's shop at 3 HaTapuach Street in Machane Yehuda Market, specialising in fresh poultry, under Jerusalem Rabbinate kashrut. Shabtai started it as a poultry shop and only later added meat. Today it sells fresh chicken and a range of poultry products, and it is also known as Sasson's Butcher (HaKatzavia shel Sasson). Open Sunday to Thursday 08:00–18:00 and Friday 07:00–15:00; closed on Shabbat.
