Grandfather started with a butcher's shop in the Old City; when the market and the new neighbourhood opened he moved here — there was a period when there was no meat in the country, so they sold other things. Shlomo joined the business at 16, but it only really became his after his army service. His children will not be joining: they do not want to, and neither does he. Steaks, good schnitzels, organic chicken, frozen goods, fish and more.
