Roasters is a café and coffee roastery that opened in Machane Yehuda Market in 2014, roasting beans on site from 15 countries of origin in South America, Africa and Asia. It was founded by Yaki after years in high-tech. The bar serves espresso, Turkish coffee, cappuccino and cold drip, and alongside the coffee there is craft beer, wine, sandwiches and pastries. Seating is out in the market alley, in the middle of the bustle. The beans can also be ordered for delivery anywhere in Israel. Open Sunday to Thursday 07:00–23:00, Friday 06:00–14:30, and on Saturday night from 21:00 to midnight. Roasters has a second Jerusalem branch at 2 Bezalel Street.
