Pizzeria Flora, at 25 Gaza Road in Rehavia under the green awning, is a kosher Jerusalem gourmet pizzeria, open in the evenings and on Saturday night. The semolina-based dough rises for 48 hours before it goes into the oven, which gives a crisp base and a light crust. The house pizza, 'Flora', is a margherita with rocket and parmesan; others come with roasted zucchini and Kalamata olives, with mushrooms and truffle oil, or with pesto and spinach, and there is a vegan pizza with cashew cheese. There are also focaccia, calzone, salads and tiramisu. On the delivery menu a margherita is ₪71 and most specialty pizzas ₪81–83. Open Sunday to Thursday 16:00–23:00, and on Saturday night from about half an hour after Shabbat ends. Takeaway and delivery are available. Flora has a second branch at 2 HaDekel Street, next to Machane Yehuda Market.
