פי בריבוע (Pi BeRibua)

Pi Squared (P2) is a small, non-kosher Italian pizzeria at 36 Keren Hayesod Street, between Rehavia and Talbiyeh, and it is open on Shabbat. The menu is short by design: thin, crisp pizza — margherita, bianca and calzone — fresh pasta cut to order, polenta, panzanella salad and arancini. Any pizza can be made with gluten-free dough or vegan cheese. A pizza costs around ₪70, and there is wine, plus chocolate truffles for dessert. It has been here for more than fifteen years, a short walk from the Inbal Hotel. Seating is tight, mostly at the bar and at high tables, and it fills up fast — there is often a queue, so come early or order delivery. Open from noon until late, including Saturday; closed on Fridays.
