A Jerusalem institution since 1970, founded by brothers Avraham and Michael Ajami and now run by the second generation. Grilled meats, home-style dishes, and the Jerusalem mixed grill it is known for. The name comes from a concept that was pioneering at the time — open from midnight into the small hours. Even today they close "when the last customer leaves". Hours: Sun–Thu from 11:00 until the last customer · Fri from 11:00 until an hour before Shabbat comes in · after Shabbat from nightfall until the last customer.
