Motza

Motza is a kosher meat Mediterranean bistro under Jerusalem Rabbinate supervision, at 1 Shmuel Baroza Street at the entrance to Ramat Motza, with glass walls and a view of the Jerusalem Hills. The open kitchen is led by chef Barak Avital, together with the Tzidkiyahu brothers of the Jerusalem grill-restaurant family. The menu is raw fish and the grill: focaccia and dips (₪36), Josper oyster mushrooms (₪52), amberjack sashimi (₪76), red-tuna bruschetta (₪58) and a 330-gram entrecôte (₪238). Outside there is a large courtyard and a fire pit for those waiting for a table. Open Sunday to Thursday 18:30–24:00, and on Saturday night from an hour after Shabbat ends until midnight. Friday lunchtime has its own menu with a DJ and live music. Happy hour, until 19:30, is 20% off. Opened October 2025.
