A restaurant inside the Israel Museum, looking out over the Valley of the Cross and the Knesset. The kitchen is contemporary Jerusalem cooking: fire-roasted eggplant carpaccio, pulled asado cigars, lamb and beef kebab on tabbouleh and slow-cooked asado. Business lunches are served at midday, and the compound also hosts private events.
