The Segev Burger food truck stands at 29 HaRav Herzog Street, in the Emek HaMatzleva (Valley of the Cross) park — kosher burgers made from meat ground fresh every day at Segev's butcher shop. It is the mobile offshoot of the Talpiot burger restaurant, which grew out of Nissim Segev's butcher shop. The menu has the Segev burger, crispy chicken, Philadelphia entrecôte, smoked asado and a vegetarian burger — each ₪59 — with fries or onion rings at ₪25 and schnitzel bites at ₪39 on the side. Soft drinks are ₪10 and beer ₪20. Open Sunday to Thursday 12:00–22:00; closed on Friday. You eat outdoors in the park, not far from the Monastery of the Cross, and on cool evenings it is a pleasant place to sit.
