Zenzeria
ז'נז'ריה
Zenzeria is the Machneyuda group's kosher meat restaurant, in the Ramban Hotel in Rehavia — Mediterranean cooking with Asian touches, charcoal yakitori and a menu that changes daily. The hotel stands on the corner of Ramban and Ibn Gabirol streets, and the name pays homage to Rehavia's historical name — 'fertile lands', from the days when vineyards and orchards stood here. The restaurant opened at the end of 2024, led by Assaf Granit and Uri Navon. The dishes are meant for sharing: sambousak with hummus, cold ramen with tuna (₪84), steak haché (₪98) and aged cuts such as entrecôte and tomahawk. You can sit at the bar facing the open kitchen, in the main room, on the covered terrace or in the back room with its drinks bar. Kashrut is under the Jerusalem Rabbinate. Open evenings, Sunday to Thursday from 18:30; closed on Shabbat. After 21:00, and especially on Thursdays, it fills up and gets loud — if you want a quieter dinner, come early and book ahead.
