Thinkers Distillery

A Jerusalem distillery operating since 2018 on the edge of Mahane Yehuda market, with a visitor centre running guided tours and tastings. They make two gins, a bourbon, and a vodka that took a double gold at the 2021 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. Two tours: Thinkers Essentials (45 minutes, ₪95, Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 19:00) and Deep Dive (90 minutes, ₪150), the latter including all the products, two mixologist cocktails, cheeses and breads from the market. Both kosher, up to 25 people.
