A historical food tour of the German Colony. We look at houses worth ₪60 million, meet the Germans who were expelled yet helped the Zionist enterprise, and find what else the neighbourhood is hiding. Along the way: pastries from Marzipan of the Colony, sourdough bread from Feingold, salads and spreads from Tzidkiyahu, coffee at Birman, and a visit to the Ginot HaIr organic market. The tour is kosher.
