Rosie is a kosher dairy rooftop restaurant in Jerusalem's Rose Garden, opposite the Knesset, on Kaplan Street: pizza, fish, salads and desserts, with a bakery for coffee and pastries from 9:00. Open Sunday to Thursday 09:00–00:00 and Friday 09:00–16:00, closed on Shabbat. Holiday hours change and are posted on its Instagram. The menu has ten pizzas, from ₪68 for the marinara to ₪92 for the polenta romana. Starters run ₪38 to ₪86, among them potato ravioli in a butter and white wine sauce at ₪86, cocktails ₪48 to ₪60 and desserts ₪36 to ₪52. The full menu with prices is further down this page. Rosie is dairy. The same group's meat restaurant, Maleo, is on the ground floor of the same building. The kitchen is led by chef Zakai Khuja of the Jacko's Street group. The open roof sits above 15,000 roses facing the Knesset, wrapped in glass walls, with a large bar and sofa corners. Booking ahead is a good idea. The roof also hosts private events: birthdays, bar and bat mitzvahs, and family celebrations.
