Wok to Walk at the First Station is a kosher branch of the international wok chain: pick a base, an add-in and a sauce, and the dish is flame-tossed in front of you. The branch is in the First Station complex, 4 David Remez Street, under Jerusalem Rabbinate supervision. Bases are egg noodles, rice noodles, udon or whole-wheat noodles, white or brown rice, or mixed vegetables, from ₪38. Add chicken, beef, tofu, plant-based meat or crispy schnitzel, and choose a sauce, from teriyaki to red curry with coconut cream. There are also set dishes such as pad thai, pad kapao and pad see ew at ₪62–72, gyoza, kids' noodles and vegan dishes. Closed on Shabbat. Open Sunday to Thursday until midnight, Friday until 15:00, and it reopens after Shabbat ends on Saturday night, until midnight.
