Mitz Petel is a fresh juice and smoothie stand at the southern exit of the First Station complex, on the Railway Park, near the Colony restaurant and Derech Beit Lechem, and it is open on Shabbat too. Juices are squeezed in front of you from a wide choice of fruit — strawberry, banana, melon, dates, carrot and orange — and there are blends with spirulina and ginger, so you can build a juice to your taste. Alongside the juices they sell coffee, pastries, ice cream and beer. Seating is at shared tables and small nooks. The stand opens early, around 07:00–07:30 in the morning.
