HaMesila

HaMesila is a Greek-style dairy Mediterranean restaurant at the First Station, kosher under the Jerusalem Rabbinate (mehadrin), with pizzas from a stone taboon oven, fish and pasta. Alongside the fresh fish and pasta there are salads and focaccias, and breakfasts in the morning. In the evening there are mezze and a cocktail bar, and on some evenings during the week there is a lively Greek atmosphere. You can sit indoors or in the covered area, and there is a private room for events of up to 50 guests. The restaurant is at 4 David Remez Street, in the First Station complex — the old railway station where the Railway Park (Park HaMesila) begins. Open from morning until around midnight on weekdays, on Friday until the afternoon, and closed on Shabbat.
