Café Shalva is a kosher-mehadrin dairy café-restaurant at the Shalva National Center, 1 Shalva Road, Jerusalem, where people with and without disabilities work side by side. The menu was developed with chefs and culinary institutions: in the morning shakshuka (₪62), eggs Benedict (₪64) and omelettes; later in the day salads, pasta and pizza at ₪64–84, and fish dishes such as salmon fillet or sea bass at ₪129. There is a children's menu, and the minimum order is ₪50 per diner. Kashrut is under the Jerusalem Rabbinate. At the entrance to the center the café also runs a coffee truck, with espresso, croissants and cinnamon rolls baked every morning. Tables can be booked in advance.
