Mizrahi Nuts ("Mizrahi – More Than Nuts") is a family-run nut shop at 9 HaShaked Street in Machane Yehuda Market, selling natural nuts and almonds, roasted nuts and professional baking supplies. The shop has been in the market for about fifty years. It is run by Yossi Mizrachi, who was in the middle of his big post-army trip when his family asked him to come home and help out "a little" in the shop — and he never left. Alongside the nuts there are dried fruit and dates, pulses, grains, seeds, tahini, honey and sauces, and for bakers, Valrhona and Barry Callebaut chocolate, extracts, food colouring and decorations. There are gift packs and an online shop with delivery across Israel. Open Sunday to Thursday from morning to evening and on Fridays and holiday eves until midday; closed on Shabbat.
