The first Pizza Romi, in Pisgat Ze'ev, the shop the Jerusalem chain grew from. Its founder, Boaz, learned the trade in a Brooklyn pizzeria and opened a small shop here when he came back to Jerusalem. To this day he and his three children make the dough and the sauce.
