A long-established Georgian restaurant in Nachalat Shiva, tucked into a small Jerusalem stone space with a homey atmosphere. Authentic, hearty, comforting cuisine: khachapuri, khinkali, lobio, ojakhuri, and chakhokhbili—served as-is without sides, just like in Georgia. Family-style service with knowledgeable staff (occasionally at a relaxed pace), and the highlight is the stories and explanations behind each dish. Great for gathering with friends or family, including children. Not kosher; Georgian wine list. Expect around 100–200 ₪ at lunch and 150–250 ₪ in the evening.
