The city-centre branch of chef Avi Sinclair's kosher Neapolitan pizzeria, on Agron Street next to Paris Square. The pizza is baked in a wood-fired oven, from dough left to rise for 24 to 36 hours. Seating is limited, there are no reservations and tables are first come, first served.
