A family bakery on Rivka Street in Jerusalem, baking burekas, breads, challah, cakes and cookies. Burekas are sold by the kilo, with fillings such as cheese, eggplant in spelt dough, chard and mushroom, and there are frozen packs to take home. They also make hosting platters, plus gluten-free, no-added-sugar and low-carb pastries. On Thursday it stays open until midnight and runs straight into Friday. At Hanukkah there are sufganiyot in dozens of flavours; the special ones are ordered 48 hours ahead. They deliver in Jerusalem, Modiin and Beit Shemesh.
