Mitah Tova

A group of residents of the "Neve Harim" assisted-living home finds itself in a fix. Their good friend is diagnosed as terminally ill and asks them to help him end his life without suffering. By enlisting all the sharp minds around them, they manage to build a machine for self-administered euthanasia, and fulfill his wish. But things go wrong when more and more elderly people hear about the machine and come to ask for a "good death" for themselves too. A sad comedy about friendship and farewell, and about the thin line between morality and love.
