On the night after Simchat Torah, once the holiday is out, the Western Wall plaza fills for Hakafot Shniyot — around 100 Torah scrolls, music, and thousands of people dancing into the small hours. Free entry, no registration needed. The Hakafot begin at 22:00; that evening Havdalah in Jerusalem is at 18:58.
