Retrospective — International Puppet Festival

A person, a chair and an audience meet a voice from the past, inside a constant game of control and choice. The voice issues instructions. The person dashes about trying to follow them. The audience is forced to exercise judgement. A ball cannot understand how it ended up here again. Contemporary circus examining the balance of power between voice, body and object, between determinism and free will, in a space where permission is granted and everything is known in advance.
