Fruits of the Hermon

Just before the peaks of the Hermon are covered in a white blanket of snow, we walk the mountain paths looking for wild fruit — Chinese hawthorn, mountain hawthorn and even plums. We enjoy the cool air and the autumn flowering that is so particular to the Hermon, accompanied by the elegant crocus, the Hermon crocus and the Hermon colchicum.
